 Twitter tries to keep part of Downvote for all users

Downvote is a new place that will be the peripheral part of the KU-LIKE. If you have not loved a person’s comment, you can-downvote display is not interested in that Reply / Comment.

Since last year this new section was in the experiment, and on Twitter has said it will leave these changes in all parts of the world so you see this new section do not be surprised. For the Bongo I see it has not yet been seen. If there is someone who has found these changes, Drop Comment 

Twitter has set this Option to support algorithm to organize comments conform to people’s likes and know people who have no comment. Twitter has taken youtube style to put ‘Like and Dislike’; And in Twitter part of downvote it will not show the number of downvotes. It’s like youtube hide dislikes and stop the number of likes it appears.
